We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $30 or more! For orders under $30, we have a simple flat-rate shipping system. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and start at just $4.50, with a maximum fee of $7.00.

Shipping outside the United States is calculated shipping based on location.

WHY YOU SHOULD PRE-ORDER

We highly encourage pre-ordering for items, as it increases your chances of receiving the product. Our systems fill retail orders on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis, with few exceptions. We don't "allocate" products, which is an unfair industry practice of shipping products to other people before customers who have ordered earlier. We want to make sure our valued customers receive their products as soon as possible.

We understand that you may be concerned about the condition of your order, especially if you're ordering an item in advance of its release. We want to assure you that we take great care in selecting the best pieces and promise to send you the best condition possible. We know you're excited to receive your pre-ordered item(s)! Your payments on pre-orders vary there is a 20% charge for partial payment or a full payment. Arrival times can vary, but we will begin processing (picking, charge full payment if partial payment was received, packing, and shipping) as soon as they arrive. Processing time is usually one business day excluding weekends. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected. If you need to cancel your pre-order, please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
