We highly encourage pre-ordering for items, as it increases your chances of receiving the product. Our systems fill retail orders on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis, with few exceptions. We don't "allocate" products, which is an unfair industry practice of shipping products to other people before customers who have ordered earlier. We want to make sure our valued customers receive their products as soon as possible.
We understand that you may be concerned about the condition of your order, especially if you're ordering an item in advance of its release. We want to assure you that we take great care in selecting the best pieces and promise to send you the best condition possible. Arrival times can vary, but we will begin processing (picking, charge full payment if partial payment was received, packing, and shipping) as soon as they arrive.
